Profile:

We are looking for a customer-focused Client Advisor to join our call center team. The ideal candidate will:

  • Have excellent command of French, both written and spoken.
  • Listen, understand, and assist clients with empathy and efficiency.
  • Enjoy solving problems, finding practical solutions, and leaving a positive impression after each interaction.
  • Have prior experience in a customer service or call center environment (a plus, but not required).
  • Be organized, patient, attentive, and able to handle pressure calmly and professionally.
