Profile:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will:

  • Have excellent command of French, both written and spoken.
  • Be naturally comfortable and persuasive over the phone, with strong communication skills.
  • Speak fluently and maintain a results-oriented approach in every conversation.
  • Have at least one year of telemarketing experience, preferably in energy or service industries.
  • Be motivated by challenges, performance-driven, and focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate rigor, perseverance, and a strong team spirit.
